1. Log in your account in website or Pickupp application, then click “Order History”

2. Select the order you need to track. Once your order is accepted, delivery agent’s contact & location are all displayed in the order as below:

a. Delivery agent’s name and contact is listed once order is accepted

You can call your agent directly from mobile application.

b. GPS real time location of the agent

Now, reassured your driver is on the way and just a call away!
